Eligibility:
The Toast December Match Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Toast (the “Sponsor”) and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, or any household member) are not eligible to participate—void where prohibited by law.
Sweepstakes Period:
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on December 1, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on December 31, 2024 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
How to Enter:
All Toast users who make matches on the Toast platform during the Sweepstakes Period are automatically entered into the Sweepstakes. Each match made on Toast counts as one (1) entry. The more matches you make, the higher your chances of winning. No purchase is required.
Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without making matches, participants may send a postcard with their full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number to Toast Sweepstakes Entry, 4700 Millenia Blvd #175, Orlando, FL 32839. To be eligible, postcards must be postmarked by December 31, 2024, and received by January 5, 2025.
Prizes:
Three (3) winners will be selected to win the following prizes:
First Prize (1 Winner): A five-day trip to Paris for two (2) people, including a videographer who will film the dates. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $10,000.
Second Prize (1 Winner): A helicopter ride over New York City for two (2), followed by a restaurant date. Filming will not be included. ARV: $1,000.
Third Prize (1 Winner): A limousine ride in New York City for two (2), followed by a cocktail bar date. Filming will not be included. ARV: $750.
The prizes will be fulfilled around Valentine’s Day 2025. The sponsor will coordinate with the winners to determine specific travel dates and arrangements.
Winners will be selected from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period in a random drawing conducted on or about January 7, 2025. Winners will be notified via the email address or phone number associated with their Toast account within five (5) business days of the drawing.
To claim their prize, winners must respond to the notification within five (5) days and agree to the following conditions:

Publicity Release: By accepting the prize, winners agree to be filmed during the prize events (as applicable) and grant Toast the right to use, edit, and publish their likeness, name, and filmed content on Toast’s social media platforms and promotional materials without further compensation.

Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release: Winners must complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release (except where prohibited by law) within ten (10) days of notification.
Please comply with these requirements or verify eligibility to avoid forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes in its sole discretion if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives from any liability arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
Privacy:

Governing Law:
The laws of the State of Florida and the United States govern the Sweepstakes. By entering, participants agree to resolve any disputes in the Orange County, Florida courts.
